Conditions for on line booking
Booking on line is easy, just follow the steps below:
- Select your travel dates.
- Choose the type and quantity of the room that you need, press book.
- You can add some extra if you need it, if not press continue booking.
- Fill in the form with all possible information and press to continue to secure page.
- Fill in the details of your credit card. Remember that booking is not confirmed until the hotel charges it correctly. Press complete booking.
What you need to know:
- Cancellation policy: When the hotel receives your reservation the first night will always be charged and if for any reason you can't travel to Granada the payment may be returned if you cancel 48 hours prior to your booking before 12.00 pm.
- For offers nonrefundable, cancellation policy is nonexistent. You will be charged 100% of the reservation at the moment without possible recovery.
- If you have a different credit card from those accepted on our website, please contact directly with the hotel.
- If you want to cancel your reservation, you must do it through the website of the hotel.
