USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE VISITING THE ALHAMBRA

• There is a bus stop at 100 meters from the hotel going to Alhambra(it's the most convenient,easy and affordable)
• Other ways to go are:walking,by taxi or by car.
• The minimum advance to buy tickets is 24 hours before the visit.
• The hotel doesnt charge on your credit card,we only performed an intermediary to offer this service.
• The purchase of tickets is performed through internet.
• Any claim to the purchase or visit should be made directly with the Board of the Alhambra and Generalife.
• The estimated time for the visit is approximately 3 hours.

• Important:the entries are included in the ticket office of the alhambra(in the entrance of pavillon,next to the parking of generalife) the same day of the visit.to pick up tickets purchased through internet you must submit the reservation number obtained after the transaction,ID or passport of the owner of the credit card used and/or the same credit card.

About the tickets:

• Tickets are valid for the day and time indicated after obtain them.
• La visite s'effectuera selon l'horaire établi pour le type de ticket acheté (matin, après-midi ou nocturne)
• You have access to the visitable areas of the monument within the established time for the type of ticket purchased(morning,afternoon or night)
• You can access to the Nazari Palaces in the half hour time slot indicated on each ticket.No special restrictions to access to Generalife or Alcazaba.
• Due to the large number of people,it's recommended to get to the monument 1 hour before.
• Once inside the monument,you can stay there untill closing.

About the Nazari Palaces:

• Unlike the rest of the monuments,you can only access to the Nazari Palaces within the half hour indicated on the ticket,the capacity is limited to 300 people every half hour.If you dont visit it within that half hour you lose the right to visit but you can stay at the monument.Note that the last trip to the Nazari Palaces end 1 hour before closing time,and lasts minimum 30 minutes,so you should visit the Generalife and the Alcazaba before.
